Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- s. 322.34, F.S.

A driver whose driver's license or driving privilege has been suspended or revoked for DUI or a DUI-related offense, who causes serious bodily injury or death to another person due to driving a motor vehicle negligently or carelessly, is guilty of a Third Degree Felony. This is punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $5,000.

This is a serious offense, and a conviction could mean that you will spend the next several years of your life in a state correctional facility. At times like this, you need a defense attorney on your side who can aggressively defend your rights and work to help you avoid a conviction.
