Fine Schedule s. 316.193(2)(a)-(b), F.S.

The fine schedule for a DUI (driving under the influence) conviction is covered under section 316.193(2)(a)-(b) of the Florida Statutes:

  • First DUI Conviction:
    • $500 to $1,000
    • Blood alcohol concentration of .15% or greater, or with a minor in the vehicle: $1,000 to $2,000
  • Second DUI Conviction:
    • $1,000 to $2,000
    • Blood alcohol concentration of .15% or greater, or with a minor in the vehicle: $2,000 to $4,000
  • Third DUI Conviction (more than 10 years from second conviction):
    • $2,000 to $5,000
    • Blood alcohol concentration of .15% or greater, or with minor in vehicle: $4,000 minimum
  • Fourth or Subsequent DUI Conviction:
