DUI Felony Conviction: (Repeat Offenders or Accidents Involving Serious Bodily Injury)-s. 316.193 (2),(3) F.S.

While many DUI offenses are misdemeanors, certain offenses will be charged as felonies and will result in increased penalties if convicted. Following are felony DUI charges in Florida:

  • Third DUI Offense (within 10 years)
  • Fourth or Subsequent DUI (at any time)
  • DUI Causing Serious Bodily Injury
