DUI Misdemeanor Conviction: (Accident Involving Property Damage or Personal Injury)-s. 316.193 (3), F.S.

According to the Florida Statutes, a person who causes property damage or injury to another person while DUI may face criminal charges. This is a First Degree Misdemeanor and may be punishable by up to 1 year in jail or a fine of up to $1,000.
